All our products are distributed under GNU/GPL license.


Modifications


You can make modifications to code of our products for your own purposes without our consent. Support for modified extensions is chargeable.


Support


You can use our support assistance during 1 year after purchasing product(s). When this period is expired, you can prolong your subscription for product(s) and use our support assistance further. You can contact our support team through help desk system, forum or contact form. We try to answer your question(s) within 24 hours on working days or the next working day if you write at the weekend.


Updates


You have access to product(s) updates during 1 year after purchase. After this period, you can prolong your subscription for downloading and using extension(s) updates.


Use of Content


All J-Plant sites contain content which is protected by copyright or proprietary rights. You can not use this content without our written permission.


Warranty


We can not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions or templates as there is currently no certification process for such extensions or templates.


Refund Policy


All our products are digital software under GNU/GPL license which are delivered instantly after purchasing and it is impossible for customer to return a product for getting a refund. The following reasons can not be used for a refund:
  • - You just changed your mind
  • - You decided not to use the product
  • - The product is not suitable for your needs (All our products have demo page(s) and you can also ask pre-sale questions before purchasing)
  • - You found a bug (Report about the bug and we will fix it in the next version of product)
Nevertheless, we can not test our software on all possible systems. Therefore if you can not run our software on your platform, contact us and describe your problem. Resolving issue may require access to your Joomla! system, FTP and MySQL database. If you can not provide this information, we can not help you and can not provide a refund. We will provide a refund if we can not fix your issue within 10 days.
